Parade guest fees are, unfortunately, not refundable if the parade has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Krewe of St. Brigit.  All guests must be in approved costume. See the Costume page for ideas.

Beads: Yes, plan on 40-50 dozen. Beads can be stowed on float, but must be out of rollerboard cases, plastic grocery bags or cardboard boxes. Consider fabric bags, bead belts, or baskets.

Beads cannot be thrown in the staging area. Although the float will be rolling to the starting point, beads cannot be thrown/handed out until we reach Bay to Bay Blvd.

Bead Drop Off: Beads can be dropped off at the float all day Friday. Someone, not necessarily from our krewe, should be around till 5:00 pm or so. Make sure your bags are well marked and stored neatly. Storage places include inside the pub, underneath the seating/standing area in the front, underneath the seating area in the back, and upstairs. You can also use any of the empty half barrels to dump your beads.

Alcohol and Glass Containers: In an effort to work more closely with Bayshore residents, there will be zero tolerance for underage alcohol consumption, disruptive behavior and quality of life issues. No open containers are allowed outside of the parade staging area. TPD will make arrests. In the staging area and along the parade route, you cannot have any beer cans, beer bottles or alcoholic beverages displayed. No glass containers are allowed. Opaque plastic cups are a MUST!

Costume: All participants must be in costume.  No street clothes will be allowed.  Krewe members are responsible for their guests being in appropriate costume. For costume ideas, click here.
