    Friday April 6 - From: 8:30 AM To: 2:00 PM

 

All Tally bound krewes are welcome to join us! 

 

20th Anniversary Springtime Tallahassee

 

Teddy Bear Run and BBQ

 

On Friday, April 6, 2018 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

 

 

 

We will meet in the lobby of the Double Tree Hotel, 101 S. Adams Street. Tallahassee Florida.   The Rough Riders invite all Tampa Krewes and we will be joined by the various Tallahassee krewes. 

 

  

 

There are 2 groups leaving at different times (see below).

 

Both end up at the BBQ!

 

 

 

$10.00 fee for the BBQ and Libations at the end of the Teddy Bear Run.

 

 

 

9:00 am BUS To Hospitals and Gretchen Everhardt Exceptional School.  There are over 300 children at Gretchen Everhardt School and another 300 patients at various other locations.  Bring Beads!

 

9:30 am BUS To School Park for "Field Day with the Kids"  We will tour parade floats w/kids, play kids games and hand out Bears & Beads.

 

12:00 noon: Buses depart from both locations going to BBQ.  

 

1:30pm - 2:00pm: Buses depart from BBQ back to the Double Tree.

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME DOING SPRINGTIME TALLAHASSEE, WE NEED YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, DATE OF BIRTH AND DRIVER’S LICENSE NUMBER.  THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE LEON COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE FLORIDA LAW. IF WE DO NOT HAVE THIS INFO YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE.
