Lisa needs 3-4 people to help her at the end of the parade to secure the float for the trip back to the storage facility. Please contact her if you are able to help.

Susan Welsh has secured bus transportion from the Hilton Downtown to the parade staging area for us again this year. The bus leaves the Hilton Downtown at 10 AM. The cost is $15 per person, which includes your ride, bloody marys, and mimoas. Please contact Susan Welsh at drwelshdc@aol.com to reserve your spot. You can pay at Imbolc and get your bus wristband then, or you can pay at the bus.

The 2018 Member Waiver and the 2018 Guest Application & Waiver are available in the Docs section of the member site (Profile>Docs). Members MUST have a waiver on file to parade. Guest applications/waivers must be received by noon at January 26. Please contact Lisa Reeves (lisarreeves@gmail.com) if you have questions.

Rose Bowen is inviting all interested members to be her guests again this year at the Tampa Club for a pre and post parade party. Parking and buffet included for $35 ($45 at the door), plus a cash bar. If you want to participate, please email Rose at rosaebowencpa@gmail.com, then call the Tampa Club directly at 813-229-6028 to pay your entrance fee (or you can pay at the door but it will be $45 instead of $35). Rose will let the club know you are her guest and she will have all of the wristbands for entrance with her at Imbolc.
